Before you pay
- Prices include GST. The amount shown is the amount charged — your tax invoice is in My Orders straight after payment.
- One-time purchase. Nothing renews automatically and you are never billed again for a package you already bought.
- Owner packages apply to one property. Buy the package, then assign it to any of your listings — including a property you already posted free — from My Orders.
- Higher search placement means your listing can appear above standard listings during the promotion period. Where it lands also depends on the search, the filters and other promoted listings, so a fixed position is not guaranteed.
- Enquiry counts are limits, not targets. How many enquiries you actually receive depends on buyer demand for your property.
- Packages are non-refundable once activated — see the Refund Policy.
