Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds

Every package on TrueBricks Realty is a one-time purchase for a fixed validity period. Packages do not renew automatically and you will never be billed again for a package you have already bought.

Once a package is activated or premium features are unlocked, fees are non-refundable — including if the property is sold or rented out sooner than expected. This does not affect refunds required under applicable law, or cases of duplicate payment or a failed transaction where a package was charged but never activated; write to us and we will return those in full.

2. Cancellation

Because packages do not auto-renew, there is no recurring billing to cancel. A package simply stops at the end of its validity period unless you choose to buy another one.
